Privacy and data use

Purpose

VML processes the submitted contact details to run the requested public-site assessment and deliver its report. Marketing consent is optional and recorded separately.

Data collected

We store the form data, consent version, technical audit evidence and delivery status. Email addresses are encrypted at rest. We do not request credentials or crawl private pages.

Retention

Contact and report access records are deleted on a fixed schedule. Technical evidence may be retained briefly for reproducibility and abuse investigation.

Scope

The check assesses AI crawler access and public source readiness. It does not measure actual AI answer visibility or brand sentiment.
